Sport is the best metaphor for life. An hour of sporting activity brings out the best in a man and is more invigorating than years of education. At ISR, we recognize the role of sports in character building. There is a comprehensive sports zone where students can develop skills in their favourite sports such as Archery, Badminton, Handball, Volleyball, Hockey, Basketball, Cricket, Tennis, Football, Horse Riding and Skating. Coaches and coaching camps are arranged from time to time.

“I can’t fly, but swimming is the next best thing. The water is my sky” said a wise man once. We couldn’t agree more. ISR has a world-class Swimming Pool which is large enough to accommodate competitions, and a full-time instructor.
